Directions to Install the Catch:
- If the cabinet or drawer has an inside frame that the latch can hook onto, catch installation may not be necessary.
- Attach enclosed positioning tape to the mounting surface of all pieces. Do not remove second tape backing yet.
- Position catch piece 1 in from the inside edge of the cabinet or drawer frame. Mark catch position.
- Remove positioning tape backing and stick in position.
Directions To Install Latch:
- Position latch so it engages the catch piece when the door is opened about 1-1/2 in.
- Be sure small protrusion on the latch is positioned above the angled edge of catch.
- Mark latch position.
- Remove positioning tape backing and stick in position.
- Check alignment, secure both catch and latch tightly with screws.
To Open Cabinet Door:
- When the drawer or cabinet is opened 1-1/2 in the latch will engage the catch.
- Press down on the latch to open.
To Disable Latch (non-use position):
- Grasp mid-section of latch and rotate 180 degrees.
- To re-engage, rotate latch an additional 180 degrees back to original position.
